Paper II   Postal/Mail Office operations with reference to Post Office Guides

Post  Office Guides contains four parts namely PO Guide Part I ( Inland services), PO Guide Part II (Foreign Services), PO Guide Part III (PINCODES), PO Guide Part IV (Savings Bank items)

          There is no need to refer Postal Manual Volume V and Postal Manual Volume VI Part I
